What I did to create a tessellation is to have two different tabs. One will be a white sheet in which will be measured either one inch, two inch, or four inch lines horizontally and vertically. The second tab will be an image that I will use for the tessellation. Then i will from my image on a specific area. Once that's done I will drag the image to the white sheet. Next I will repeatedly duplicate the layer as well as changing the image horizontally or vertically depending on the geometric shape i want to do. After I am finished with the making the tessellation, I go to file, save as a JEPG and I would do this four other times. WhatI liked about this lesson is that I learned different techniques that I could do on photoshop. My favorite image would have to be the shoes hanging from the tree because it is very unique. I didn't think that the tessellation of the shoes would end up looking oddly interesting. In the beginning I struggled with the whole process of creating a tessellation but I didn't stop trying to figure it out. By the second tessellation, I didn't struggle creating it.
