It’s a thing where if you are too stressed, you can pull out your Lock-O-Journal to help you calm down by writing in it. The Lock-O-Journal is for you to write your problems in and then you write down possible solutions to solve your problem. Each page is for one problem only and you can write any solution you can think of on one page and try to use one of those to sort your problems.
