- Not giving a name to the creature a name and having all the readers miss read by calling him Frankenstein probably is probably what Shelley wanted. Its basically the creature is the "monstrous" side of Dr. Frankenstein or a extension to him.

* Victor is talking about his childhood. He is saying how parents play a big role on kids turn "to happiness or misery". He could be blaming everything he does on his parents. I don't think its right because he no one is in control of what you do but you.
