This particular food has been known by countless people and is very popular among the black community in regards to soul food. Thinking from a Durkheimian perspective fried Chicken not only my family but also the black community as a whole together. We can look back and laugh at it sometimes when people may bring it up as stereotypes at times knowing its a common type of soul food people in the community enjoy eating. However, thinking from a Marxist lens of commodity fetishism, there will be a lot of things revealed that were possibly concealed.
