About me...

Hello everyone! My name is Katerina Kyriakidou (Kathy) and I am an English teacher at Arsakeio Primary School of Thessaloniki, Greece. I have started integrating eTwinning projects in my teaching since 2015 when I was lucky enough to attend a wonderful seminar on eTwinning for Primary and Secondary education. The seminar triggered my interest and enthusiasm to initially become a partner in eTwinning projects and soon enough to feel more confident and become a founder of many others to come! There is a long list of completed projects that I have participated in and undoubtedly I will continue doing so since through all these projects I realized how important eTwinning is in enhancing students skills and improving the learning procedure.

I have been teaching in both Primary and Secondary education and I am currently working in Arsakeio Primary School of Thessaloniki which is a big private school aiming at quality education!

I feel really honoured being a member of the eTwinning Ambassadors’ Body and intent to do my best for this project!!!!

Hello, dear partners!
I'm Vasiliki(Vasso) Lymperiou, an English language teacher in a primary school on the island of Skiathos, Greece. I have been teaching English for 20 years and I love my job. Etwinning projects gave me, some years ago, the opportunity to come in touch with teachers from other countries, improve myself and my teaching methods. I always take part in a new etwinning project every year with my 5th or 6th graders, so that they have a chance to practise and improve their language skills and ICT knowledge, get to know students from other countries and so broaden their horizons. All of them love projects and are looking forward to them.
I am 54 years old, my son is 15 years old, I love reading literature, watching films and going out with friends.
I hope we'll have a creative school year, full of new ideas but mostly safe, healthy and peaceful!!
