Once after the month of Ramadan to celebrate a month of fasting and the next is a little over 2 months after which is to celebrate pilgrimage. In simpler terms Eid is our Christmas. We give children gifts, visit relatives, eat sweets, dress up, receive money sometimes. Some people go out to places as a family and some cities throw Eid Parties that so many muslims of different races cultures come together and participate in. In my family we usually get a bounce house for the kids and open up the pool because its usually hot. Everyone enjoys themselves.
