I can't live without music.  I play drums for fun with my son Collin; although, I played drums in a metal/emo band when I was younger.  

I grew up in the Bay Area, and I went to Berkeley for my MS, CSU Stanislaus for my MA, and USF for my Ed.D.  

I am a HUGE GS Warriors fan, and I love coffee!

I coach soccer at Turlock High School (14-15 year old girls) and for the Turlock Tornados (9-10 year old girls). I also have been a part of the staff for the Stan State Women's Soccer Program which gave me the opportunity to coach summer sports camps, which was a ton of fun this past summer. 
I love spending time with my family. I have three siblings, two brothers and a sister. We go camping every summer in Lake Tahoe, which is my favorite place in the world. 
I got engaged this past February to my best friend Matt who also graduated from Stan State in Business. We plan on getting married in a year or two after I get my credential. 
I am excited for all I will be learning this semester in my methods courses!

As a true baseball fan, I have set forth on a journey to see and admire all the MLB  stadiums with my boyfriend.
