         <description><![CDATA[<div>Technical support is organized, every teacher and other employee can call to help immediatly. In the classroom or in office. Calls are registerd.<br><br>Support is organized for implementation of O365. Every sector has an ambassador (4 hrs per week) who go to the teams and collect the needs of the teams. This is used to implement O365. For every employee, not especially in the classroom / for pedagogical objectives.<br><br>Pedagogical support is being organized this year. It could be that  these 'i-coaches' have some overlap with the O365 ambassadors, but they have to have a pedagogical background. We want i-coaches for every sector, maybe on every location.  We did a survey (educheck) about the current situation and of the ambitions of the teams, to see where the support should start/focus on.<br><br>Other form of pedagogical support is helping teachers to design their educational programmes with digital possibilities. Starting from autumn 2019.</div>]]></description>
