I know that punishment is not a real way of teaching, as well as embarassing a student or using they as "the bad example". Socially, we treat children very bad when they do something wrong and we shouldn't do that, because when an adult does it, we treat them respectfully and don't blame them.

I want to know if there are cameras and if it is necessary to ask the student to see the psychologist or the coordinator, how do we ask them to do it so?

I learned that Maple Bear 🐻 also agrees on natural/logical consequences instead of punishment and that we don't see a situation as a problem and as a Fight.
