1. ideal situation : online shopping activity is trending among people nowadays. In order to get their neccessity, people tend to shop online rather than going to physical store . 
2. Reality situation : some people neglect the rule , that has been given from Ministry Of Health (MOH) while shopping in physical stores. The standart operating procedures have been conducted in all stores. Thus, they afraid that they can get infected if they go to the physical store.
3. Proposed solution : as a researcher, i would like to find out why customer prefer online than going to pyhsical store during pandemic . 
Research question :  why do you shop online during this pandemic ?
