         <description><![CDATA[<div>My goal is to get at least 7-9 hours of sleep per night. I chose this goal because I feel like I´m always tired and feel like I have low energy most of the time. This goal is important to me because of me being always tired really does effect my daily life negatively. Since I´m tired all the time I tend to go to bed  when I get home from school or lay down. Since I do this I normally don´t get to spend time with my family.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>During my project I have realized it´s harder than what I thought it was going to be. During this journey I recorded the following info.<br><br>4-9-19: Went to bed at 11:43. Only got 6 hours of sleep. The issue on why I was up that late was that my siblings were distracting me from my tasks from moving in to get my room situated.</div><div><br></div><div>4-10-19: Went to bed at 7:38 and got like 9 hours of sleep which is my goal. After when I woke up I was extremely tired.</div><div><br></div><div>4-14-19: Went to bed at 10:32 woke up at 6:30 woke up extremely tired and upset about something.</div><div><br></div><div>4-15-19:  Went to bed at 11:03 woke up around 6:00 woke up kinda awake more than what I’m used to.</div><div><br></div><div>4-16-19: Went to bed at 9:54 and woke up at 6:15 was up during bits of the night because I wasn’t feeling to good but was in bed the whole night.</div><div><br></div><div>4-17-19: Went to bed at around 12:13 was up late because my baby sister was up and wanted me to spend some time with her while she was watching her movie. I later I had woke up around 5 a.m.</div><div><br></div><div>4-23-19: Went to bed at 12:18 a.m and woke up at 6:20 a.m. Because I was up kinda late I had woke really tired and didn’t want to leave my bed.</div><div><br></div><div>4-24-19: Went to bed around 4 in the morning and woke up around 6:30. I later on regretted that I went to bed really late. Woke up really really really tired.</div><div><br></div><div>4-25-19: Went to bed at 1:45 and woke up at 6:20. I was actually wasn’t really tired when i woke up I was more energized for once.</div><div><br></div><div>4-26-19: I had went to bed at 10:20 and woke up at 6:20. I almost got 8 hours of sleep so I was more energized in the morning.</div><div><br></div><div>4-28-19: Bed at 12:10 and woke up at 6:20. As like the other days when I woke up I was really tired.</div><div><br></div><div>4-29-19: Went to bed at 4 and woke up around 6:20. Had stayed up late because after school from the day before I took a “nap” and woke up and couldn’t go back to bed.</div><div><br></div><div>4-30-19: Bed at 10:28 and woke up at 6:28 for school. I would of been in bed sooner but I was up spending time with my mom because it was her birthday.</div><div><br></div><div>5-1-19: went to bed at 10:20 and woke up at 6:20. I mostly felt normal when I had woke up that day.</div><div><br></div><div>5-2-19: Bed at 10:22 and woke up at 6:19 for school. Didn’t want to get out of bed because of how cold I have kept my bedroom every night. </div><div><br><br></div><div>  </div>]]></description>
