Yes, I will think more about the journey of a garment is from, before deciding whether or not to buy it. I won't want to buy clothes knowing it was made by 10 year old refugees working in poor conditions. It would make that piece of clothing ugly to me.

Make sure I know where it's made and what materials were used, I can donate money to charities such as Traid and Oxfam, and also donate old pieces of clothing. Keep talking about it. Do your research and educate people. Create signs or posters with a dramatic image and title  just to show how important it is, put them up in public spaces.
