         <description><![CDATA[<div>This has been probably my hardest school year yet, not only due to the classes getting harder. But also i have been more stressed and i have felt like my life has been a mess with no solution in sight. So i have decided to each day take some time out of my day to disconnect, meditate, then reflect on what ever is going on in my life and try and find a solution on how to calm down myself and my life. </div>]]></description>

         <title>Spring Break</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Spring break was a really nice break and I was able to hit the refresh button on everything. I practiced a little meditation while I was on break and it really helped me relieve some of the stress that had been overwhelming me. Now being back at school I am ready to finish strong and will continue to find myself through meditation.  &nbsp;</div>]]></description>

         <title>2 big exams  </title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>This week has been a stressful one for me, due to having two big exams. One on Tuesday and one on Thursday. But I have noticed that taking the time out of each day to clear my mind and reflect, has helped me feel even a little less stressed. And has helped me make it through this busy week. </div>]]></description>

         <title>Putting away phone</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>I found that when I take the time to either silence my phone, or put it away I am able to get a better meditation in, rather than being distracted by my phone, or even by other electronic devices. From now on, I will shut off all electronics near me for a better mediation experience. </div>]]></description>

But it has been a good start for me, and I plan on continuing to try and improve my meditation efforts.
