Maybe you as a teacher could create a few cartoons that could express some more complex emotions like anxiety or depression etc. Or use the cartoons to say when you have anxiety, you go through all these emotions (fear, stress, sadness, etc).

Could you add some poster making or a similar activity on steps to help the emotions - like if you feel like this, what steps would you do etc. Just to mix up the activities and build on from the scripts.
