Regulation-government order with force of law: an order issued by a government department or agency that has the force of law

Policy-Course of action: a program of actions adopted by a person, group, or government, or the set of principles on which they are based,

Procedure-Way in which something has to be performed written by an organisation.

Guideline-Official advice: an official recommendation indicating how something should be done or what sort of action should be taken in a particular circumstance
