         <description><![CDATA[<div>Members:<br>1.Gribson Calon (Leader)<br>2.Hani Kamaruddin<br>3.Jusliha<br>4.Nursyuhada Noh<br>5.Larita Lai<br>issue: English language as medium of instructor in class.<br><br>Background:&nbsp;<br>Today, the problem of using English is becoming more serious among students regardless of the level of primary, secondary, or university level. More worryingly, this problem is contagious among Malaysian students. the source of English-speaking students is due to the student's social background. Rural students are less susceptible to using English. They also have little knowledge of the English language. Besides, there is no opportunity to interact with friends or family. Students also lack self motivation towards the importance of English. They are also lazy to review and increase knowledge in terms of understanding the difficult English words. The attitude is that students are less or less inclined to read the materials in English. the cause of poor English students is that most of the grammar, lack of self-confidence and laziness strives to establish their English language. Most students only depend on teachers only. They seem to be independent of themselves and just waiting for teachers to "feed" them. Mental-students are also still in the not-so-long and do not want to receive English as a language of knowledge.&nbsp;<br>&nbsp; &nbsp; Various strategies and strategies have been implemented by the Ministry of Education to increase the use of English language among students in schools. AGeneral of Education Malaysia's implementation and teaching of science and mathematics in primary and secondary schools, several strategies were proposed to provide sufficient English teachers through hiring teachers, overseas teachers and IPTS as well as retrieval from IPGM and IPTA. In addition, the government has also provided two non-normative English language teachers, two teachers for each high-grade class.<br>&nbsp; &nbsp;The ministry also provided English language reading materials and also introduced language literacy in English language teaching. This is in line with the government's efforts to implement a new policy of promoting Bahasa Malaysia and strengthening the English language (MBMMBI). To overcome this problem, we need to know the real factors and causes that some students can not master and use English.<br><br>Purpose:To research how far the using of English language in the class or in the University and the school.<br><br><br><br>Method:Interview and research about the issue and record the video from interviewees.<br><br><br>Question:<br>lecture of Art Education<br>1.
