I, apparently like so many others, have always considered HR to be advocates for the newly hired and the currently employed. This module really opened my eyes and it all makes sense!  HR is there to protect the business and keep the companies best interest, they are not your "friends."

I find it fascinating and believe they are great concepts for those in leadership positions to actively practice in the workplace.
