- some people work extra shifts to earn more money
- People are not all born equal.
- newly employed people work for long hours to reach the targets set by the employer in order to secure their job
-some people working for promotion
- they are passionate about their career
-some people work harder because of their circumstances
-disparities in education and employment
-people will get the high position in their career.

-it is not always beneficial to work hard because leisure time is also important

- hard workers can live a highly admired materialistic life because they can enjoy the success at their works
-work hard may affect to people’s health. when you take a lot of work and it is exceeding your health allow, you will be very stressful and desperated

Why wealth is not the best measure to success: Money is not the ultimate goal for everyone, it's happiness. A wealthy person might be unhappy with his/her fate, as they're struggling with his/her life goals.

Too many people measure how successful they are by how much money they make or the people that they associate. Within my opinion, true success should be measured by how happy you are.
