  4. Till May we dialled 44k+ calls wherein 31K+ calls were connected successfully
  5. In last 3 months VFS Jaipur is on top in per agent average productivity per day with minimum team size of 5 associates

 2 DigiLEP Program Support: -
 VFS regularly supporting MP Govt new initiative DigiLEP Program “अब पढाई नहीं रुकेगी “ by telling Parents DigiLEP program importance through outgoing call. Also VFS team making 50% DigiLEP Playlist material through YouTube for MP state. Appreciated by Stakeholders.
 3 Productivity Improved:-
 Associates outgoing and incoming calls rate increased during this period. Each associates giving 100 dial calls (Outgoing team) and received 40+ incoming calls (Incoming team) each day.
 
 4 Diksha FAQs Support:-
 VFS incoming team continuously supporting Stakeholders on Diksha app. Received more than 3300+ incoming calls related to Diksha (200+ calls/day) and resolved 75% of FAQs till date. Appreciated by Diksha Team.
