         <description><![CDATA[<div>Oh, my goodness! This is so simple and so vey yummy. The recipe is actually right on the bag. Don't boil for too long though. It is good to keep a few of these berries from popping. I like the sweet and sour mix.</div>]]></description>

         <title>Fire Sweetened Dills </title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Ingredients:<br>1 qt. jar dill pickles<br>Apple Cider Vinegar<br>1 c. Sugar<br>1 jalapeno<br>1 banana pepper  <br><br>Instructions:<br>*Take a quart jar of store bought Dill Pickles strain the pickles and the juice (keep half of the juice and put back into the jar)<br>*Then fill up the jar with apple cider vinegar to the top along with the pickle juice.<br>*Add all the liquid from that jar to the sauce pan.<br>*Turn on the heat to medium and then add 1 Cup of Sugar.<br>*You will bring this mixture to an almost boil (200 Degrees).<br>*While you are waiting for that to happen then cut up the pickles into bit size chunks. <br>*Cut thin slices of 1 Jalapeno and a Banana Pepper. <br>*Add the pickles, jalapeno, peppers and then pour hot liquid back into the jar and then close tight.<br><br>These can then be put on a shelf till ready to eat. They will seal!!!!<br>Refrigerate after opening.<br><br>What a treat! Enjoy!!!</div>]]></description>

         <title>Nana Rosko&#39;s                  Holiday Italian Beef                    </title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>(From last years Holiday Party)<br>Yields: 5 Sandwiches per pound<br><br>Ingredients: <br>12-14 pounds Beef Chuck Roast<br>4 Onions Sliced<br>4 Cans of Beef Consume<br><br>Seasonings:<br>Parsley<br>Basil<br>Garlic<br>Pepper<br>Salt<br>Olive Oil<br><br>-Hard Roll Buns for sandwiches<br><br>Directions:<br>-Add a little Olive Oil to a large pan.<br>-Season the beef then sear the Beef on all sides in a pan then add to a large nesco cooker/Roaster Oven <br>-Add onions and consume to the Nesco and then just enough water to cover the meat.<br>-Bake at 350 degrees for 4 hours.<br>-Once cool to touch- use forks to pull apart the meat.<br>-Enjoy!</div>]]></description>
