The Customer Service team is normally working for customers, for example, the product is broken etc.… Also, the communication with Milan, such as the samples for every season. 

The Showroom is normally open four times in one year (belongs to the Wholesale team), which are Pre SS, Main SS, Pre AW, and Main AW. Also, in this branch, there are three brand lines are sold, which are Emporio Armani, EA7 and Armani Exchange. As for the Emporio Armani, they have Menswear, Womenswear Kids-Wear and Body-Wear. The Wholesale team normally works and communicates with the big companies, like Selfridge, and Harrods, and also for those websites, like ASOS. As well as those shops included lots of different brands.
