The reason why I chose this video was because I struggle with trying to be motivated to study and do my homework. From this video, I felt like I could get some tips on how I can improve on letting go of some unhealthy habits that may be affect why I don't have the motivation to study or even find some possible habits that can help me. In the beginning I wasn't studying at all because it was hard for me to remember what i was studying and staying focus while studying. Once i was done watching the video, it provided me with some good tips that I know that will work. For example, when he talked about going out for a walk, I know that was he said was true because whenever I go for a walk, I feel good about myself. I mainly got from his video, is that I need to surround myself with positive environment, because it will help my mind get into a better aspect of things, so I can improve with focusing on things that I know that I need to get done.

How To Study Effectively With flash Cards.

I picked this video because I wanted to know some effective tactics that can help me study better, than just reading my notes. I would use quizlet constantly to help me remember what I'm learning, but the format of quizlet was't always helpful, because it would be difficult for me to set up flashcards. Studying with flashcards in the past was useful until I started taking classes that didn't just focus on vocabulary. Once I got done watching this video about improving your flashcards, I learned that there were many things that I have been doing wrong, which we effecting me negatively. He suggested that putting pictures will help me remember what I'm studying. Making the pictures more crazy looking, will definitely be more effective. I found the three tips he provided to be interesting enough for me to try it out.

This video caught my attention because I know that I have a hard time with remembering with what I'm studying o learning in class. Even when I have studied for the whole week and was confident in myself, I end up forgetting what I learned when I'm in class or taking a test. So I was hoping this video can help me find ways on improving techniques with remembering what I've learned so I can improve my test scores and in class work scores as well. The video had provided some helpful tips regarding the spacing effect, that I haven't thought of that much. The spacing effect regards studying cards you need to know and putting them in an order that will help you remember what your studied. I found this theory intriguing enough to want to try it out. When I use quizlet, I would be confused on why they had did a similar method. I didn't have any problems with it, because It helped me sometimes with remembering all the vocabulary.
