Each 10th grade student will have a student from 6th to 9th grade, with the objective that trought tutories the guys improve their academical performance and help them with school topics. :)

Kid´s Obstacles:

In attempting to achieve the goal of providing individualized and effective English tutoring for a child, a number of obstacles may arise. These may include differences in the child's learning styles, limited adequate educational resources, lack of motivation to learn the language, language barriers for those whose native language is not English, difficulties finding time and availability for tutoring sessions, resistance to change, insufficient support from parents or the school community, and emotional or social challenges that may affect the child's participation. Overcoming these barriers will require an integrated and collaborative approach that addresses the child's needs in a comprehensive manner, considering their individual context and working together with various stakeholders to provide an optimal learning environment.

Tutor´s obstacles:

As a young English tutor, I face several obstacles. Task: Visit the coordination office to inquire about the assigned student for tutoring. I will obtain necessary information such as the student's name, class, and any specific details provided by the coordination office.
Date: April, Monday 15
Task: Schedule a meeting with the teacher assigned to the subject of the student I'll be tutoring. During the meeting, I will request a list of competencies or learning objectives that the student must achieve in the subject.
Take detailed notes during the meeting to ensure all relevant information is captured.

Task: Meet the student, it will be the first time i will talk to him, know him and sure he will know me too. Furthermore i will present him the class plan and schedule we´ll follow during the weeks.
