Google Classroom - Utilize digital platforms that allow teachers to customize content for different student needs for assignments. I have everything provided on Google Classroom. This has helped with absences and providing content organization.

Text-to-Speech and Speech-to-Text - voice typing in Google Docs, and Speechify allow students with reading or writing difficulties to access content and complete assignments. We have been able to provide this option to students with IEPs or 504 plans. This provides assistance when reading complex texts.
