         <description><![CDATA[<div>1) To have a Healthy living or a healthy lifestyle is that you eat clean and to do not eat a large amount of junk food. Also to manage your weight it could be by exercising or madidate or other things.<br><br>2) My Health goals that I want to achieve during this year are: start my day with a good and healthy routine such as eating breakfast, do some yoga, etc. This is going to bring you a positive vibes during the day. Second, exercising for 3-4 days a week. Third, drinks enough amount of water which is 8 cups because it's important to stay hydrated all the time.<br><br>3) Nowadays, there are so many technologies that helps our health such as applications. The are some application that tells you how many miles you have run, and some reminds you to drink water, and there are also some application that provides you with workout that you need. But sometimes technology can hurt our health like negativity which leads the person to be depressed and have a mental health issues and sitting for long hours watching the screen of your device can leads to eye problem.<br><br>4) Yes, I did my health diary. I learned more about my self. I noticed that it kept me motivated to eat more healthy and clean food. Also I challenge myself to do more and more than I did before such as drinking water.<br><br>5) Yes, I did the Title slide with pictures collage. I put pictures that defines what a health lifestyle mean in my opinion for example staying positive. I chose this picture because as it shows that keeping positive mind and positive vibe all the time you will be happy no matter what.<br><br></div>]]></description>
