         <title>I think most of these places have Community development Trusts so it might make sense to them the discussion round these. There is already a network in place you could easily tap into. Winchburgh would give you a very positive case study. </title>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>Become a village, no GP, no community centre, due to RACK (?), no footpath. </p><p><br/></p><p>Becoming an island.</p><p><br/></p><p>Even to get a bus. Getting from stonyburn - has massive number of connections despite being close. </p><p><br/></p><p>Very difficult to operate and bring people together - unable to do that. People aren't able to fund transport to come out to people.</p><p><br/></p><p>Have got new houses.</p><p><br/></p><p>Section 75 - will find out more. </p><p><br/></p><p>Community bowling club</p><p>Who runs trips? Run a larder</p><p>Foodball club </p><p><br/></p><p>MOOD - phase 4 of the mental health funding. Only member of staff. </p><p>suppporting the Community Psychiatric Nurses, to ensure transitiion is trauma informed and helping making connections.</p><p><br/></p><p>Lonliness and isolation, one by one, numbers aren't high, funding is impossible</p><p><br/></p><p>Heating, lighting, transports, in rural areas can happen. Can't reach out to the bigger things. One-to-one is essential</p><p>Caring etc.</p><p><br/></p><p>People frightened to leave housing </p>]]></description>
