A rocky adventure

I imagined myself being a rock at ECP, frustrated on how boring life's like just sitting on the ground. Especially sitting with other rocks which are much larger. Until I saw the sea, with light glistening on the waters and the great view of beach. So I went on a journey to go to the beach(yes somehow I could move) And on the way, suddenly a bike approached me "oh no help! Please don't run over me!" And unexpectedly, the rider swerved and avoided the crash. So I reached the beach and happily hopped to the waters. "Oh yay a wave! Yay finally can feel the water!" But as soon as the water splashed over me, i got wet all over. Well that was a disappointment.

Reflection: A mini (not very but) dramatic scene with tension and a twist at the end.

At the whale pool

I dreamed of being at a huge garden with a observatory pool that filled 3 quarters of the space. I was interacting with small soft toy whales, that were somehow alive, swimming and eating seaweed. And we were happy playing together. Suddenly, I was crying, the whales panicked and started crying as well. Maybe it was due to the stresses of being a marine biologist in that unknown world...?

Reflection: a small dramatic scene, that brings a lot of questions

Journey through the mind

There was once I dreamt that I was on a chair, and around me was a wall showing all of my memories. It seemed like I was in a huge space with these squares of memories floating and overlapping each other(because there were so many). I remember smiling looking at the how cute I was when I was younger, laughing at all the silly mistakes I did, but when it came to those mistakes as I got older, I couldn't look up.

Suddenly, a stairwell appeared in front of me. Coming down, there was a sign saying "MIND" with a small table with a pair of sunglasses. Inside seemed like a factory, and it was breezy when I came. Bolts of light were zipping through a huge glass tube that filled the room and was taller than me. And there were sheets of thin paper slotted through the tube. They seem thin yet strong for some reason. "Hey, are these bolts my thoughts?" Seems like it. There was a huge screen at the end of the room playing out what I was seeing with small green and red text boxes that revealed...what I'm thinking now? Green represented the positive thoughts while red represents the negative thoughts "Wait, wouldn't those hundreds of filters be my unconscious mind filters?" The answer was obvious with the same screen shown without the green text boxes.

and i wonder "Why do I need these filters? Am I just too hard on myself?"

When I was 7...

If you watched me at the table of a restaurant I was at last night, you'd probably thought I was engrossed with playing 'Delicious World' on my phone(it's similar to 'Diner Dash', quite bored with it though...) But no, I was playing my game but I was also observing the kids at the table beside me who were having their meal while watching a game walkthrough. It was hard not to do so cause the volume was quite loud from where I was sitting. The first thought that came to my mind was, 'Why aren't the parents stopping them? Isn't eating while being busy with your phone unhealthy especially for young children because they will adopt this potential lifetime habit?" And I looked at the parents, and they were having their well-needed time together, talking to each other. I mean , yes it's not my place to judge how you parent your kids but hello, it's bad (yea I can fork out some research on how detrimental it is to multitask while you eat) And this reminded me of when I was at their age of probably 7, where I used to watch all the youtube shows that were on trend in school to fit in with my 'friends'. I thought those shows were 'cool' so I watched them when I didn't know that there were parts of these shows that were bad for me. For example,(this is so common even with the movies, cartoons and animes now) the hero taking revenge on the villain for killing his loved ones by killing him back. I thought that was ok only when I grew older where I started to rethink about these beliefs I had and realised, 'Hey this is wrong. Killing someone is already in the first place wrong, so it's wrong to kill your enemy even though he first did that to your loved ones.' No matter what religion there is, it's still stated in the law that we can't kill.

VICE Doc on EXP Edition, the first non-korean KPop group

https://youtu.be/rse0HGWdZ68

What if a bunch of American after getting hooked onto Kpop decide to be the first few non-korean kpop idols?

EXP Edition is a American Kpop group that debuted on April 17, 2017. Being the first non-korean kpop group, a lot of kpop fans globally hated the idea of them being kpop idols because they aren't korean and that their music was different from what they defined as 'Kpop'. I found it interesting because Koreans weren't as agitated as foreigners but rather accepting to the idea. They didn't mind the globalisation which is quite funny.
