At the camp, everything was fun—we played games, talked a lot, and I got to know people I hadn’t really spoken to before. By the end of it, I had made new friends and felt much more comfortable around them.

Looking back, I realize that it all happened because of my teacher. If she hadn’t organized the trip and pushed us a little to join, none of those moments would have happened. It was a simple thing, but it changed how I connect with people.
