         <description><![CDATA[<div>Background: The idea of soccer was from two school teachers August Hermann and Konrad Koch introduced the game to Germany in 1874 meanwhile they brought soccer to the United State.The first soccer association was formed in England in 1863.<br><br></div><div>Culture:Soccer has its own culture.The culture of soccer games does not only refer to soccer news, soccer articles in sports section, soccer rumors and gossip, but also to many different sociological, political and economical aspects of the game. The term "soccer" is popular in countries where this kind of sport is not as popular as the others; however, in many countries it is referred to simply as football.<br><br>History:&nbsp; the history of soccer back more than 2,000 years ago to ancient China. Greece, Rome, and parts of Central America also claim to have started the sport; but it was England that transitioned soccer, or what the British and many other people around the world call “football,” into the game we know today.<br><br></div><div><br><br></div><div><br><br></div><div><br><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Speed: The speed is important because you should be able to run and get the ball faster than the opponent and scored the goal.<br><br></div><div>agility:In soccer players have to make changes in direction in response to a moving ball or opponent. These changes direction movements are often referred to as agility.<br><br></div><div>Power: you need power to scored goals from far away if you get a chance to shoot and you need it to get the ball from players.<br><br></div><div>Speed: I can improve my speed by Running at top speed for 22-23 yards make sure that your arm action is smooth and relaxed during the exercise.<br><br></div><div>Agility: I can improve Plyometric Hurdle Rebound. Plyometric exercises are also known as jump training.&nbsp;<br><br></div><div>Power: I can improve by the first thing to do is to take a touch out wide. And give yourself a little bit space that way.<br><br></div><div><br><br></div><div><br><br></div>]]></description>
