         <description><![CDATA[<div>3.4 Utilizing instructional strategies that are appropriate to the subject matter.<br>5.4 Using assessment data to establish learning goals and to plan, differentiate, and modify instruction.<br><br>One of the standards we will be covering is 5.4 because it is essential to measure student learning growth as instruction progresses. In this way, we will be able to identify which areas require more effort on both parts (student and teacher) and change the way in which we approach the subject. If students aren't understanding the content, something has to be wrong.</div>]]></description>
