1. Partnership and Collaboration: Building an intentional relationship with the Milwaukee County Office of Equity while conducting equitable research and evaluation activities.

2. Inclusion and Accountability: Critically analyzing our approach to ensure the inclusion of the spectrum of identities and communities that make up the LGBTQIA+ community in Milwaukee County.
