member to a patient’s room. As he leads them to the room, the family member bombards Aryan
with questions asking what the plans for the day are, who is their nurse, and when they should
start planning for going home. While Aryan is scanning the environment to take in what’s
happening on the floor, he responds to the family member and asks them to please be patient,
and leaves them at their destination. A short time later, Aryan returns to the room but has not yet
had an opportunity to find out the answers to the questions that were asked. He is met with a cold
stare and folded arms by a family member. Aryan picks up the board at the end of the patient's
bed and although it has some information on it, it’s still not clear and leaves too much room for
interpretation. Consequently, Aryan feels as though he does not have enough information and the
