City near a combination of water and wide open landscape. There would not be too many skyscrapers so the city doesn't look overpopulated yet still looks successful. The land that the city is built on would have to be flat to avoid blank spaces of just hill being unused, acting like a separation between the two sides of the city.

Multi Nuclei Model because it has the best arrangement of different types of nodes. There isn't two different nodes that will decrease the value of each other right next to each other making the city as valuable as possible.

I would want my areas to be spread out and not to close together to avoid causing seemly crowded together area. A crowded area turns a lot of people away from a city. If the city is actually very populated but it is arranged where it doesn't look crowded not as many people will be turned away from moving to the city. Housing will be aranged evenly around the city to make sure the citezens can live in the type of place they want to.
