this is scoot or callum! he's part of something called the "Miracle Project" which was supposed to be a "new generation" formed by a bunch of scientists which was a failure and they tried fixing them by assigning scientists to each kid and Scoot was assigned Dr. Helena which- was not a good person which after 13 years of living he snapped and accidently let out every single one of the "defects" (that's what they called them) and he ended up unaliving Dr. Helena and escaped with a total of 500 defects including the new born infants which he took in one as his little sister, her name is Nine but he calls her Nini

this is Chi and she lingers around what is called the ribbon tree a made up urban legend made by le mwah which is basically all who have died by the tree and the ribbon is your gateway to your own limbo. and Chi (the girl) is the keeper of the Ribbon tree! (originally i had her pinned a hostile spirit but now i like to think shes this sweet little 13 year old who likes shiny things and sweets)
