In my understanding, 21st century skills are the skills that we need in order to survive or succeed in this modern era. I believe the most important skill would be technology literacy as most things are based on technology nowadays. Apart from that, other skills would be critical thinking, media literacy (probably a sub-category of technology literacy), social skills, and creativity.
