We frequently first experience that sense of belonging in a school group, second only to the home setting. Students' wellbeing is impacted by being a part of a supportive, welcoming classroom group. Students will feel encouraged to become active learners and realize their full potential when they feel included in a supportive learning environment and that their needs are being fulfilled. A classroom community is made up of students who come together with the aim of learning in a setting where they experience a feeling of belonging. It's important for kids to experience a feeling of belonging since they may not make the effort to work together with their peers if they don't feel part of the classroom community. I want to inspire students to change their learning environment and start considering changing the world. These developing minds are ideal for advocating since they can solve any problem, no matter how complex or large it may be. Some social identities are associated with academic performance while others are not because of the racist past of America. The experiences of students are regularly impacted by their social identities. The use of identity-safe education helps students learn well. Using diversity as a learning resource while exhibiting high standards through academic rigor and a rigorous curriculum.
