In my future classroom, I will welcome all students from different backgrounds and including all different languages. I want my students to feel safe in my classroom so that means that they are more than welcome to speak their home language if they need too. Language should not be a barrier to feel connected people. I want my students to be themselves and to be able to express their emotions and feelings in my classroom. Since I will be teaching Math I will be putting vocabulary cards in different languages around the classroom to represent translanguaging because I want my students to be able to understand the Math concepts.

Knowing history is super important, in my future classroom I want my students to understand the history of the past. Knowing people who fought for their speech of freedom and their rights. In my future classroom I will be placing posters of those heroes who made history here in the United States. I want my students to look at those heroes as a role model. I want my students to keep fighting for their dream and to not give up in life.

Community

In my future classroom, I want every student to feel like they belong in my classroom. We frequently first experience that sense of belonging in a school group, second only to the home setting. Students' wellbeing is impacted by being a part of a supportive, welcoming classroom group. Students will feel encouraged to become active learners and realize their full potential when they feel included in a supportive learning environment and that their needs are being fulfilled. A classroom community is made up of students who come together with the aim of learning in a setting where they experience a feeling of belonging. It's important for kids to experience a feeling of belonging since they may not make the effort to work together with their peers if they don't feel part of the classroom community. The way I'm creating community in my future classroom will be through giving kindness to my students, doing engage activities, and playing fun games that will help my students learn a lot of Math.

In want to create conferences where students may speak and listen help them develop their rhetorical abilities and find their persuasive voices. I provide my students with questions that help them simultaneously strengthen their oral advocacy and critical thinking abilities. I want my students to understand how significant it is to have their voices heard. There is a reason why schools emphasize teaching students how to think rather than specific knowledge. I want to inspire students to change their learning environment and start considering changing the world. These developing minds are ideal for advocating since they can solve any problem, no matter how complex or large it may be. With an increasing necessity for students to become and be their own advocates, as well as a growing desire to be advocates.

In order to build a sense of value and belonging for children from all backgrounds, I want to design identity-safe classrooms. This is based on the notion that learning is a social process that requires trust and in which a person's social identity is a benefit to academic performance. Some social identities are associated with academic performance while others are not because of the racist past of America. The experiences of students are regularly impacted by their social identities. The use of identity-safe education helps students learn well. Using diversity as a learning resource while exhibiting high standards through academic rigor and a rigorous curriculum. I want my students ato feel encouraged and to use their diverse backgrounds to co-create an engaging curriculum, diversity is not an afterthought but rather a crucial component.

I want to be able to create a cozy place in the classroom, where students can feel like my classroom is a second home for them, involving core values. From the Homework hotline experience, I want to make sure I provide resources for my students because I know how every student might not have access to resources at home. I want my students to feel supported by me as their teacher.
