These are short so I have watched all of these videos several times and most days to memorise the information, and more in the series, and practised by pausing the video and saying the phrases aloud. As before, I have watched all of these videos several times and more in the series and practised by pausing the video and saying the phrases aloud. I have also written down any useful phrases and answers. I also wrote down the pronunciation to remember trickier words. As these videos are short I feel I can absorb the information easily and I took 5 minutes between each to practice and write down anything I didn't know to look up.

I mostly focused on the correct einen/eine/ein or der/die/das to use. I looked at all the masculine/feminine/neuter words I could find and wrote tables of the most useful ones. I need more practice on this so I will refer back to it a lot. I think this resource is very helpful! I am starting to know these without checking each time and will keep referring back until I know as many as possible off by heart.

Writing out any useful phrases which I have not seen in the textbook. I will use this as a book I can refer back to for extra information on top of what is in the set textbook. This was especially helpful for the essential homeworks as it helped me to develop phrases which were more complex perhaps than those seen in labs and classes.

I have been practising these everyday both by myself and with other people in breaks between lectures to try and memorise them. I have looked at a few different types of sentence structure for each one. I have also been revisiting videos on pronunciation to try and get it right when I am unsure.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wpBPaDI5Ig

Since the mock oral speaking exam I have been going back over my notes and reviewing the simpler things such as the alphabet letters 'e' and 'z' and the numbers 10-20 which I could not remember under pressure and testing myself on them. I have written them on flashcards to test and also looked up videos online which I have watched every few days to refresh my memory as it is only short. I feel that I can now spell my name and the name of family members etc with little or no pausing hence I believe this has been an effective way to learn.
