         <description><![CDATA[<div>Practicing play.. it's something so inherent.. a birthright, but it's getting lost. It's something we need to bring back. We need to keep practicing it and keep it as part of our lives. It's a personal journey and for me it's about getting out of my head and judgment. I've been playing with Improv and I'm having fun.&nbsp;<br>It takes practice in how to bring play back into my life, in the workplace and with my colleagues.&nbsp;</div>]]></description>

This is something that we tried to offer for our new hires...<br><br>During the hiring and interview process, we are trying to unlearn some practices and create new ones. Some new practices we have incorporated are paying for candidate's time/project and having an elevator walk - someone from the team stays behind to answer any questions the candidate may have after the interview.&nbsp;</div>]]></description>
