I think the special education process can be really difficult to navigate, and it's really helpful to be given the opportunity to communicate with families. 

I do sometimes wonder about ways in which we could make longer reports (i.e., evaluations) more accessible to ESL families. However, with that being said, being able to speak over the phone with families, describe reports, and answer questions, has been extremely helpful. Another thing I wonder about is how to help families communicate with us on their own.
