Enjoy the diversity of plants and wildlife as you relax on your tour of the 2nd largest river in the world.The environment effects the humans by giving them great biodiversity. Humans rely on the environment of Brazil for farming, ecotourism, food, shelter, tools, and medicine. The people of Brazil have effected the environment by farming and harvesting hardwoods from the Amazon Forrest. At times they have over farmed and caused desertification of the land. Brazil is working now to improve the quality of the soil.
