I often go to restaurant to eat the Japanese cuisine due to unique food in this country. Because of globalization, i can satisfy my passion about IT when technological advances enter to Vietnam. Moreover, i can study in RMIT wich is one of leading university in Vietnam about quality and international standars from Austrailia. These experiences stem from the cooperation between Vietnam and other countries which contributes to the globalization.

Recently, I just enjoyed a type of noodle called Efu (HongKong). This noodle is special because it is quite similar to Pho in Vietnam but has a fatty taste. Even so, but Efu when stir-fried or stewed still retains its level and does not get bored when eating.
As for drinks, I love Vietnamese coconut water more than any other drink. Moreover, I also like the combination of coconut water and Japanese Yuzu lemon jam. The combination of freshness and sourness, light aroma of lemon has created a great drink for hot days.
I love leather crafts, it's not hard to find great designs from famous brands like Hermes, Bottega Veneta, Berluti, etc. Although, all of their products are quite simple but look very luxurious. However, price is a major barrier for consumers. In Vietnam, we can find emerging brands such as Rogers and Frank, B&Y Bespoke brands that offer high-quality leather but at a price that is more suitable for the majority of consumers.

Despite being Vietnamese, I am strangely familiar with Japanese culture, especially cuisine with rice, such as Katsudon, Tonkatsu, etc. I tried Katsudon first on my trip to Da Lat, and since then, I have started liking these dishes more and more. I have been very fortunate to have had many experiences thanks to globalization, such as:
I ate food from: Japan (Sushi, ramen), the USA, France, the UK (English breakfast), Mexico (Taco), Singapore (Cream, tea ribs, frog porridge), Thailand (Tom yum, pad Thai), Taiwan (Roasted Tofu, sausage), Korea (grilled meat), China (Dim sum), Germany (sausage, beer), India ... and even the ones I've never had. If you eat it, you've also heard about it thanks to the information provided by the media.

In terms of fashion, I have experienced almost all of my favorite high-end fashion brands (Burberry - England, Louis Vuitton France, Gucci, Bottega Veneta - Italy) and low-end (H&M, Zara, Nike, Pull&Bear, Pedro) in the world. Others know it as well as I do. Today's globalization helps me a lot when buying an item directly from abroad is no longer a problem, and shipping costs are not too expensive.

Listening to music seems much more straightforward now that we have Youtube and Spotify - where I can listen to music from all over the world daily. My favorite music genres are US-UK, Japanese anime music, and Chinese music.

Seeing other countries today is relatively easy when tourists have recorded their journey afterward. I can easily see cities and famous places worldwide with one phone.

Globalization nowadays makes it easier for me to enjoy many things from different countries while staying in Vietnam, for example:
Food: I can easily buy a pizza (Italy), order Sushi at home (Japan), or go to a very nearby Korean restaurant to enjoy hot rice cake.
Music: There's no music that we cannot find on the internet nowadays. By using social media and listening to music on Spotify, I now become a fan of K-R&B, as well as know some US-UK masterpieces.

Globalisation is a part of my life so basically, everything I interact with is mostly from other country. The most fundamental demand in human life is food and clothes. We can all observe that most of our clothes are made of either China or foreign countries (luxurious items). Global cuisines have been appeared in Vietnam many years ago so in daily life, other than Vietnamese food, other foreign meals are my choice. One of interesting factors I want to mention is about K-pop music, specially my idol Blackpink. The girl group formed by YG Entertainment in 2016, includes four mems: Jisoo, Jennie, Rosé, and Lisa. The first thing that comes to my mind when discussing globalization is how dramatic Vietnamese franchises happening outside Vietnam. Especially, the large corporation in the food and beverages industry whose founders want to expand their operations into foreign countries. For example, Phuc Long opened their first coffee shop in America, which is located in the center of the Vietnamese community. In addition, they serve the beverage with profound Vietnamese decoration to create the feeling of a home atmosphere. Therefore they can attract the customer by emotional enhancement. Furthermore, small businesses and start-ups in Vietnam see a huge opportunity for franchise operation outside the country when it appears more Vietnamese communities in foreign countries.

Many years ago, everything me and my family eat was vietnamese traditional food, but now I have to think whether to eat Vietnamese food or Sushi (Japanese), Pad Thai, Curry and so on. Nowadays, from my perspectives, Vietnamese restaurant is even harder to find in the center areas. I wonder if one day we have something like a global cuisine in which people all around the world eat the same like what is happening in fashion industry (many traditional costumes of Vietnam could not be wear normally and daily).
About music, Tiktok made me listen to many western song and I unintentionally got them in my mine. When it comes to movies, foreign films is the biggest barriers prevent me from watching Vietnamese ones, they are not bad but not as good as.

Growing up in the digital era as well as when Vietnam has open borders to trade with the world, there is no short coming of globalisation around me.

First, the food I eat, especially foreign fast food chains from the US (McDonald's, Popeyes, KFC) and sweet food and dessert from Japan and Korea like Bingsu, Matcha sweets, Mochi rice cakes.

Second, the clothes I wear, being in District 7, there are multiple malls and shopping centre available for me in a short distance like Cresent mall and ViVo City mall. In those huge malls are shops and clothing stores from multiple global company like shoes wear (Nike, Adidas, New Balance) and Japanese clothing line Uniqlo.

As growing up in the 20th century, I have been experiencing the rapid growth of the international market trade and digitalisation.
First of all, the globalisation appears in the most simple way such as everything that is used in my daily life, is mostly made in China. Moreover, the foreign food that we have namely sushi, ramen noodle, curry or even fried rice that can be considered the integration of the food market across the globe. Furthermore, we have been listening to foreign music since we were kids. My favourite genre is indie and pop, and my favourite artist is Shawn Mendes and many other artists.

Since I watch a lot of K-drama like "2 O'Clock Date" on Netflix, I start to be interested in Korean cuisine. Thank to Tiktok's recommendations, I found this restaurant called Truyền Thuyết Champong. They sell Korean version of Chinese food such as jjajangmyeon (black bean noodles), jjamppong (spicy seafood noodles), mandu (dumplings) and so on. Moreover, they offer signature drinks like soju, milkis, etc. Personally, I think it's delicious and different from Chinese food I eat in D5. In terms of clothing, my favorite brand is Uniqlo because the material is durable. Due to their minimalist style of clothing which I prefer, I've been buying clothes from this brand for approximately 7 years.

I finished high school in Brampton, Canada where 98% of the population is immigrants. So I had chance to enjoy the fusion of multi-culture in many ways. My favorite dishes are Jerk Chicken, Goat Curry my host family whom came from Jamaica cooks every dinner and especially is Shawarma Rice (photo1), which is a combination of Basmati rice from India and Shawarma made of chicken, beef, pork or lamb from Middle Eastern countries. The region where dominate by immigrants therefore food there food there also sold by their people. So one time I went to the mall to buy Boba Tea, and the cashier talked to me in Cantonese cause they think I was one of them. In terms of clothes, my favourite brand is Uniqlo from Japan, which is comfortable and purchasable. And when I live with black Jamaican Canadien family, they always listen to jazz music which impact a lots to my type of music.

Most of my personal activities are heavily influenced by the American culture.

The food i'd normally eat are (e.g burgers, fried potatoe) and the drinks are coca cola/pepsi (again american based companies).

I listen to english rap and pop made by American singers and i also enjoy hollywood movies

Some of my favourite clothes have been ordered from Amazon which i assume the seller is also from America

Recently, I just enjoyed a traditional Japanese noodle: Ramen. This noodle is special because it is quite similar to Pho in Vietnam but has a fatty taste. I love Vietnamese sugarcane juice more than any other drink. The combination of freshness and sourness of sugar cane has created a great drink for hot days, especially in summer.
I love shopping, it's not hard to find great designs from famous brands like Hermes, Bottega Veneta, Berluti, etc. Although, all of their products are quite simple but look very luxurious. However, price is a major barrier for consumers. In Vietnam, we can find emerging brands such as Rogers and Frank, B&Y Bespoke brands that offer high-quality leather but at a price that is more suitable for the majority of consumers.

I tuned in to a parcel of Kpop tunes on Youtube which were arbitrarily suggested to me by the calculation. Kpop has gotten to be more important, catchy and globalized by coordination consolidating outside dialects into their verses and testing with sorts such as hiphop, move, R&B, and indeed Western classical music etc. I really respect their inventiveness and I trust that the method will be assisted so that everybody on this planet can appreciate extraordinary music together.
