I also think that having a plan in place and showing others how to get there accomplishments done within the plans is what leaders do best to help inspire. A leader can inspire people to greatness around them.  The thing that inspires me the most is becoming more than just a boss, seeing the people around me and knowing that I can help them to reach more and we can all reach more together.

They communicate with their employees and tell them exactly why the company exists and tell them that they are all there for the same purpose and goal. Great leaders have an excellent mission statement and focus on this when communicating with employees. Great leaders also inspire people learn new things and perform at a higher level each day. They focus on growth and becoming a better person. Great leaders lead by example rather than their mouth. I am inspired by a leader who does not need to let someone know what they are doing all the time. A team has the potential to be more successful if the leader is encouraging, clear in expectations and direction, and willing to be a working part of the team. They should work towards maintaining a good balance between both the strengths and weaknesses of the group and find ways that work for each member as an individual too. I am inspired by many different things and in a lot of instances, I am most inspired by the end results. I like to have a clear idea of what I am working towards. Great leaders inspire action within their organizations in a multitude of ways. One is by making sure all staff are well informed and up to date on how to make their organization more successful. Leaders also inspired action by giving positive encouragement and also making sure to give credit on a job well done. They are also able to motivate staff in a positive way that brings out the best in them.
