Read often, read widely, and read challenging material (Reading is a skill that takes time to master, so by reading more, it will allow me to read faster eventually like a habit).
2. Find an ultimate spot for reading. (For example, couch is not a spot for me because I fell asleep. As a result, choosing an appropriate spot to read is critical, maybe like chair, outside, or somewhere that will not distract me). 
3. Pre-read, often involves with textbook reading. Look at the title, heading, bolded text, etc (After doing the pre-read, it will be a lot faster for me to read a text or passage since I already know the important concept that they are going to go through).

2. Try doing homework at school (Home is a setting where you take rest, as a result, your brain thinks it is not the place to do work. As a result, I should try to finish my homework during like a study hall in Homeroom since school is the setting where you learn and do work, which might help me doing work faster).
3.
