A study published in a journal titled "Nutrients" showed that people who consumed eggs regularly had greater cognitive performance compared to others who don't eat eggs. With many foods containing protein and vitamins, eggs stand out because of their content of brain-boosting vitamins. These vitamins include choline, lutein, and zeaxanthin, selenium, and vitamin D. Finally, experts say eggs are safe and healthy for most people to eat. Also, eating the yolk inside of the egg is important as it contains most of an egg's brain-building vitamins and minerals.

The egg-citing link between eggs and brain health.

Salmon is one of the best foods to benefit physical health. This is because it is high in iron, calcium, vitamin B12, and vitamin D. These all boost physical health in their own way. Salmon is one of the best natural sources of vitamin D, which supports bone health and calcium absorption, and it delivers high amounts of vitamin B12, which help red blood cell formation. Altogether, salmon supports bone strength, energy production, and overall health.

U.S. Department of Agriculture.
