         <description><![CDATA[<div>1. Divide students into groups of 4-6 students. Groups should be diverse in different aspects.<br>2. Assign 1 student to be the group leader.<br>3. Divide the day's lesson into 4-6 pieces of the lesson depending on how many students are in each group. <br>4. Assign each student to learn 1 piece of the lesson. <br>5. Give students time to go over their segment and become familiar with it. <br>6. Form temporary experts groups - have students with the same segment group together to learn the material.<br>7. Bring students back into original group.<br>8. Ask each student to present his or her material to their group. <br>9. As the educator, float from group to group to observe the process. <br>10. At the end of the lesson, give students a quiz over the material. </div>]]></description>
