Firstly the factor that could lead to flash floods  in urban areas is the lack of drainage in urban areas so the water cannot drain away from the area. Flash floods usually occurs when water overflows on or inundates land that is normally dry ( The Global New Light of Myanmar , 2018) . For example ,people do not throw their litters to the right place meanwhile they throw the litters where ever they want such as drains and road side.
