Achieving this leadership vision requires me to have close connections that can enable me to encourage my team members to develop their creative abilities through innovation and inclusion that foster collaboration and a spirit of teamwork. It also requires establishing a workplace culture that encourages team members to embrace their failures by considering their opportunities for growth to motivate them and inspire a sense of celebrating the group’s achievement as a collective effort. 

· Building stronger connections is important because it will allow me to have a team where members have genuine relationships. 

· Strong bonds at the workplace are essential for improving the flow of communication to promote efficiency through better exchange of information and understanding (Daft & Lane, 2018). 

· It is important for building trust because it allows members to be comfortable around each other and share genuine concerns, opinions, and ideas. 

· Stronger relationships will help promote collaboration and cooperation that bring diverse perspectives and skills together to encourage innovation, higher-quality results, and efficient problem solving (Daft & Lane, 2018). 

· It will also help me increase productivity because teamwork is more beneficial and impactful than individual effort. 

· Effective communication culture is one of the important success factors in any business because it promotes understanding among all the stakeholders. 

· This goal will enable all the members to understand their responsibilities and duties as individuals and as part of the team (Daft & Lane, 2018). 

· It is also important for building relationships and creating team cohesion. 

· It will ensure that the team gets an efficient channel to share their concerns and challenges so that they can be addressed on time (Daft & Lane, 2018).   

Rewarding Team members 

· I will build stronger team relationships through various actions, which include developing reward systems and team-building events to bring employees closer to the organization and each other (Daft & Lane, 2018). 

· In my plan, I will establish a performance evaluation system that enables me to determine the employees to be rewarded. I will use the standard performance evaluation systems relevant to deliverables for the responsibilities of each member. 

· Those who meet their performance targets will be rewarded through promotions, bonuses, and commissions. 

· I will also organize regular team building at least twice a year to bring the members together to bond outside the work environment. These social events will involve engaging in different games and feasting.

· Through the empowerment approach, I will delegate leadership duties to the team, especially when working on various projects. For example, I will shuffle members in different leadership positions, like supervisors, coordinators, and managers in various projects to motivate them and give them decision-making power (Daft & Lane, 2018). 

· I will also organize training and workshops to enable team members to develop skills needed for their jobs to keep them up to date, which makes them feel valued (Daft & Lane, 2018). 

Creating Open Communication Climate 

· I will create an open channel to encourage the flow of information through all directions rather than the traditional hierarchical method, which are inefficient due to bureaucratic process (Daft & Lane, 2018). In this case, I will establish social media channels to connect with the team members and share information anytime. 

· I will also establish a channel for sharing confidential information or personal problems employees face that do not require to be published. 

· Having face-to-face meetings is another action I will implement to encourage effective communication with the team. 

· I will demonstrate active listening to the team by collecting feedback from them regularly to understand their views and attitudes about the organization to improve team relationship with the organization (Daft & Lane, 2018).

· The feedback will be collected through an employee opinion survey about how the organization treats them and whether their interests and needs are being addressed.  

· Effective communication will help me understand the views of employees and their attitudes toward the organization, which I will use to develop strategies for improving our relationships. At the same time, it will enable employees to feel cared for and valued.
