         <description><![CDATA[<div>- Alabama was focused on outcomes around productive life in the future.<br>- "Wild world out there" - how do we zero in on what we are trying to measure? Doesn't work in a vacuum.<br>- How do we boil down something as broad as case management? Get at case management vs. health outcome measures.<br>- No magic measure - a lot of it is process measuring vs. impact.<br>- Opportunity for us to consider if we are giving enough support to a service (e.g., case load size).</div>]]></description>

"soft services")--how are we measuring that?  But also not getting too "in the weeds"?<br>- Did people get referrals to the area that they wanted?<br>- Barriers, not enough services</div>]]></description>
