         <description><![CDATA[<div>我觉得在有应用到的环境就不会受影响. Depends on the language/language environment. There is a research that says that English speaking families become less bilingual compared to Mandarin speaking one because Singapore's environment is more English speaking. However, children who speak just one language may have more perception of the language.</div>]]></description>
