emphasise that every role and individual is important and they should take part. Afterwards we can ask everyone to write a reflection on what we did

Make sure everyone is on tasks by regularly checking up on people and setting deadlines so proposals can be submitted on time

We can make sure that everyone has a role on the VIA by assigning roles to everyone and making sure everyone contributes.

The roles include: making sure everyone has a role to play in the VIA. we can also provide small rewards to those people who are helping so that others will be encouraged to participate.
